"Villa Sirena" is a recent high quality construction (completed in June 2017) located in area Patelia on the coast of Xerocampos.

Daily prices in euro, taxes included. Use of the private pool, air conditioning and internet included.

Linen change every 4 days

The accommodations are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12pm of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Sitia in the name of the owner of "Villa Sirena", specifying last name and period required.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
