Details to book a long stay in Xerocambos

• The prices quoted in this page are in euro, without any additional travel agency fee and include taxes.

• Where not specifically indicated, the amounts do not include electricity and water that will be charged at flat rate, in agreement with the owners of the facilities, for the rents on a monthly or seasonal, while according to meter for annual rental.

• The rooms and apartments proposed are fully furnished, have air-conditioning and equipped kitchens.

• The accomodations are delivered clean and equipped with a double set of linen and towels.

• The cleaning during the stay is on responsibility of the tenant.

• On departure, the final cleaning may, upon request, be made by the owners with a supplement on the price of 30 euro for studios, 50 for the two-rooms apartments and 70 euro for larger apartments.

• To make a reservation a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount is required into the bank account of the owners of the property.

• The balance will paid in cash on arrival (credit cards or bank cheques are not accepted), to this amount is added the payment of a deposit equal to a month of lease for monthly or seasonal rentals and to two months lease for the annual rental.

• Any damage to furniture and furnishings of the accommodation will be charged and deducted from the said deposit upon departure.
