The Mini-Market is 600 mt. far and the nearest Restaurant Liviko View is at 300 mt. distance.

High standard of cleanliness for the three types of accommodation proposed, A3 is the only one with sea view.

A1 - Double room with bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, veranda

A2 - Triple room with bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, pergola

A3 - Three bedrooms apartment (7 beds), living-room, kitchen, two bathrooms, 4 air conditioning, garden with pergola and with a firewood oven nearby.

The accommodation types A1 and A2 dispose of outside kitchen in common use.

For A3 supplement of 10 euros per day for the air conditioning on request

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included only for A1 and A2.

Bed linen change every 5 days (towels every 3).

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by Bank transfer on Agricoltural Bank of Zakros in the name of Elpiniki Perakis and Aspa Zoganakis/Kekeridis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later  no refund  is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek  E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
