Completed and opened in April 2008, Villa Paris, owned by the Krisulakis family, is a pleasant and well refined building located at about 80 metres from the beach of Ambelos and at 40 metres from the Dolphin Bar (which  provides breakfast service on request) and the Taverna Akrogiali.

It is a place without the bother of street traffic and where you can still forget your car during your holidays.

The three apartments proposed by Villa Paris have all view to the sea and to the first of the Kavali islands; they are supplied with tv (but only greek channels) and have two air conditioners each.

The kitchens are equipped with toaster, french coffee machine, ovens (both electrical and microwave); the bathrooms have also hairdryer and on request is available also iron and ironing board.

The accommodation consists of:

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included.

Bed linen and towel change every 4 days.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Sitia in the name of Krisulakis Nikolaos and Paris, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For  what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
