The "Kalami Rooms & Apartments", built between the years '95 (the building with double rooms) and 2000 (the part that houses the apartments), was partially renovated in autumn 2012 and is owned by the family Kateroudakis.
Facing the sea, in a lush Mediterranean garden and panoramic position on the coast of Falassarna, is separated from the largest and longest beach of the area by a path of about 250 meters and has no |

other buildings in front to limit the view of the horizon.
At about 500 meters from Kalami is the nearest supermarket and shortly after it, starts the area of the interesting ancient archaeological site of Falassarna.
The nearest village is Platanos, 5 kilometers away and here you will find traditional tavernas, various |

shops, a gas station, the doctor and the bus stop of the regional Ktel.
Kalami offers 13 rooms (of 20/22 m² each) and 8 two-rooms apartments (each about 35 m²) all equipped with air conditioning and internet wireless.

Daily prices in Euro inclusive of breakfast, internet wireless, air conditioning and taxes. Change of linen and towels and house cleaning every 3 days.
The apartments are available from 14hrs of the arrival date until 11am of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period (not required for short stays and in low season) by Bank transfer on National Bank in the name of Dimitris Skoutelis, specifyng surname, accommodation type and the period of stay.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Chanià shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
