The construction is of the '90s and has been fully renovated in 2006 with the inclusion of a comfortable swimming pool in the garden where guests will find free sunbeds and parasols, outdoor space for the little ones and a cozy pergola equipped with satellite television. |

"Helios Apts. & Studios" offers 8 studios of 25 m² and 2 three-rooms apartments of 55 m², all accommodation always with sea view balcony, with TV (only Greek channels) and wireless (active in every area).
The nearest beach is at 510 meters and is the central of Makrigialos; the main street of the village with the Ktel bus stop, the first shops and restaurants is at 260 meters. |

Daily prices in Euro, taxes, air conditioning and internet wireless are included. Bed linen and towels change plus room cleaning every 3 days.
The apartments are available from 3pm of the arrival date until 12am of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece di Makrigialos in the name of Nikolaos and Despina Tzirvelakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and
construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic
Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive
jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
