A Villa owned by Mr. Manolis Voutiras, built in the 90s, well finished and with a lovely panoramic view on the olive groves of the valley and on the sea.
Centrally located but in a quiet area of the tiny "village" of Xerocampos is at 500 mt. from the beach of the Laguna of Alazolimni ; the mini-market Batsolakis is at about 200 mt. and the nearest restaurant "Taverna Creta Sun" is at 100 mt. |

At the "Anatolì Apartments" the standard of cleanliness is good for both types of accommodation available, all with air conditioning, television LCD (but only Greek channels) and internet wireless.
The apartments on the first floor have separate entrances and each has a private portion of balcony with a removable partition in case that families or groups of guests wish to reserve the entire floor. |

Daily prices in Euro, taxes, air conditioning and internet wireless are included. Bed linen and towel change every 5 days.
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Pancritia Bank of Ziros in the name of Manolis Voutiras, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
