The Zambia complex, owned by the family Maragkoudakis, is located on the hillside from which begins the small peaceful village of Plakiàs.
This is an accommodation facility set in a quiet panoramic location in an olive grove at 150 meters from the beach and conveniently situated "four steps" from the promenade leading to the center of the village. |

Built in 1987 and renovated in bathrooms and kitchens in the fall of 2010, offers to its guests one two-rooms apartment and three three-rooms apartments all with nice sea view and fully equipped kitchens, TV with satellite reception, air conditioning (on request and with additional fee) and free wireless Internet.
Good attention is paid to the daily cleaning of the rooms. |

luftkonditionering ingår ej. Byte av sänglinne och städning var 3:e dag. Daily room cleaning.
Lägenheterna är disponila från kl 14 ankomstdagen och lämnas senast kl 12 avresedagen.
Förskottsbetalning om minimum 25% för den bokade perioden överföres via bank till Agricoltural Bank of Greece - Rethymno betalningsmottagare Manolis Maragkoudakis, På talongen måste framgå avsändare, period och lägenhetstyp som förskottsbetalningen avser.
Eventuell avbokning måste ske via vår mail-adress senast 21 dagar före ankomst för återbetalning av erlagt förskott. För eventuella här ej nämnda normer gäller de som appliceras av E.O.T (Grekiska Nationella Turistorganisationen).
