Die Wohnungen stehen ab 14 Uhr des Ankunfts-Tages zur Verfügung und müßen innert 12 Uhr des Abreise-Tages wieder geräumt sein.
Mindest-Anzahlung von 25 % für die gebuchte Urlaubszeit mittels Banküberweisung auf Commercial Bank von Sitia, Konto Iban gr 0201 2071 9000 0000 0605 19315, SWIFT Code (Bic) EMPOGRAA, Kontoinhaber Semertsakis Athinà, Emmanouil und Ekaterini; als Zahlungsgrund muß der Name des Mieters angegeben werden, das Datum der Mietperiode und der Typ der Wohnung.
Im Falle von Kündigungen, über die wir nicht innert 21 Tagen vom Ankunftsdatum und mittels e-mail an unsere Adresse benachrichtigt worden sind, geht die Anzahlung verloren.
Für die restlichen Klauseln, die hier nicht spezifisch erwähnt werden, gelten die Bestimmungen des E.O.T. (Hellenisches Fremdenverkehrsamt), maßgebendes Forum ist Neapolis. |
