Directly located on the beach of Kato Zakros, on the first rocks immediately after the waterfront taverns, this villa owned by the family Semertsakis is at few steps from the clear waters of the bay.

It consists of four rooms, not large but comfortable, with stone finishes, air conditioning, fridge (one of the rooms has also  a fireplace) and wide shared and equipped verandas.

Here you will find it easy to forget your car and go from the room to the beach or to the tavern in a few steps, but you can also have a more cultural or sports holiday due to the proximity of the archaeological site of the Minoan villa, about 100 meters, and with the entrance to the european trekking path E4 at 300 metres.

Breakfast service available, at the Akrogiali tavern on the beach, with surcharge of 4 euro per person

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included.

Bed linen and towel change every 4 days.

The Apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Commercial Bank of Sitia, account Iban gr 0201 2071 9000 0000 0605 19315, SWIFT Code (Bic) EMPOGRAA, in the name of Semertsakis Athinà, Emmanouil and Ekaterini, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For  what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
