Directly located on the beach of Kato Zakros, on the first rocks immediately after the waterfront taverns,

this villa owned by the family Semertsakis is at few steps from the clear waters of the bay.

It consists of four rooms, not large but comfortable, with stone finishes, air conditioning, fridge (one of the rooms has also  a fireplace) and wide shared and equipped verandas.

Here you will find it easy to forget your car and go from the room to the beach or to the tavern in a few steps, but you can also have a more cultural or sports holiday due to the proximity of the archaeological site of the Minoan villa, about 100 meters, and with the entrance to the european trekking path E4 at 300 metres.

Die Wohnungen stehen ab 14 Uhr des Ankunfts-Tages zur Verfügung und müßen innert 12 Uhr des Abreise-Tages wieder geräumt sein.

Mindest-Anzahlung von 25 % für die gebuchte Urlaubszeit mittels Banküberweisung auf Commercial Bank von Sitia, Konto Iban gr 0201 2071 9000 0000 0605 19315, SWIFT Code (Bic) EMPOGRAA, Kontoinhaber Semertsakis Athinà, Emmanouil und Ekaterini; als Zahlungsgrund muß der Name des Mieters angegeben werden, das Datum der Mietperiode und der Typ der Wohnung.

Im Falle von Kündigungen, über die wir nicht innert 21 Tagen vom Ankunftsdatum und mittels e-mail an unsere Adresse benachrichtigt worden sind, geht die Anzahlung verloren.

Für die restlichen Klauseln, die hier nicht spezifisch erwähnt werden, gelten die Bestimmungen des E.O.T. (Hellenisches Fremdenverkehrsamt), maßgebendes Forum ist Neapolis.
