The modern complex of Nereids, owned by the family Ellinikakis, is situated in a quiet and private location just outside the city area, on the road that runs along the seafront of Sitia, 500 meters from the harbour and from the marina of the fishermen, full of traditional tavernas and bar, which are the center of nightlife in the area.

The Nereids is thirty meters away from the long beach (awarded with the blue flag also for the

quality of its water) that faces the bay of Sitia, where you can find in summer not only umbrellas and sunbeds, but here you can also enjoy many kinds of sports (windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boating, diving, fishing, etc......) to suit all tastes!

The Nereids complex is surrounded by a well kept garden of 4,000 m² and offers 5 studios and 4 two-rooms apartments, all equipped with :

The type of housing is :

Ba - Studios on the mezzanine (40m²) with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace with sea view

Bb - Apartment in the basement (60m²) with double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and large patio without sea view

Daily extra charge of 10 euro for each extra bed

Daily room cleaning, bed linen and towel change every 3 days.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by Bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Sitia in the name of Argyrios Vavouris, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office)

and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
