Completed and opened in July 2009 and owned by Iorgo Aginarαstachakis, the "Mare Mare" is located less than 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Ambelos and is located behind the tavern Akrogiali and the bar Dolfin.
Very handy for the close proximity to the sea, it invites to a relaxing holiday without the need to use the machine to reach your sun umbrella. |

The three apartments for rent that the "Mare Mare" offers are well finished, with fitted kitchen, television (with Greek channels) and air-conditioning, but only one (the one located on the upper floor, R1) has a sea view, while the other two (R2) are on the ground floor and unfortunately do not have it. |

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included. Bed linen and towels change every 4 days.
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by Bank transfer on National Bank of Sitia in the name of Iorgo Aginarastachakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
