Villa Krinakia, opened in 2009 and owned by Nikolaos Orfanoudakis, is located on the first hills that overlook the bay of Amatu, less than 250 meters from the beach of Megaliparalia.

Its location is in a corner of the bay truly panoramic, quiet, secluded and fitted in a beautiful Mediterranean environment, the care and attention then placed into the details of the construction and

Villa krinakia proposes 1 detached villa and 2 maisonettes in semi-detached villa and all include :

- mosquito nets on doors and windows and air conditioning in every room

- kitchen with big refrigerator, toaster, oven, coffee maker, washing machine (the detached X3 also has a dishwasher), hair dryer, iron and ironing board

- wireless internet

- LCD television with satellite and pay-TV included

- DVD player and stereo with CD player

- barbecue and wood oven in the garden (this last only for X3) and sun loungers on the terraces.

The housing type is :

X3 - detached villa (80 sqm.) with large living room, kitchen area, fireplace, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, large veranda with sea view and private parking

X6 - maisonetta on two levels (50/60 sqm.), double bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor and on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds (the X6a has the option of a sliding door to separate the night area from the kitchen), fireplace, bathroom, veranda with sea view and private parking.

Linen change every 4 days and weekly cleaning of the accommodation

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Heraklion in the name of the owner of Villa Krinakia, Nikolaos Orfanoudakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Heraklion shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
