Coral, owned by Nikos Perakis, is just few steps away from the clear waters of the bay and is located directly on the beach of Kato Zakros , on the first rocks just after the waterfront restaurants in the same villa that houses on the upper floor Villa Athena.

This property offers three bedrooms, not large but comfortable and well finished in stone, equipped with air-conditioning, refrigerator, television with

satellite channels and a nice veranda with a really beautiful landscape.

So much proximity to the sea makes of Coral a quiet place really suited for a relax "cradled by the waves", but also the less lazy here will be able to satisfy their cultural interests, among the ruins of the nearby Minoan villa or their sporting interests with the E4 trekking path starting from the Gorge of Death (300 meters).

Breakfast service available, at the Akrogiali tavern on the beach, with surcharge of 5 euro per person

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included.

Bed linen and towel change every 3 days.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Piraeus Bank, in the name of Nikolaos Perakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For  what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
