The Poseidon

is a 9m long and 3.30m wide fishing boat

with two diesel engines 370hp and 30hp,

plenty of space on the deck, comfortable navigation deck, sitting room, twin cabin, toilet, state-of-the-art navigation system with GPS,

chart plotter, radar, fish tracking system, etc..

Its strong build and high tech equipement

("Tubertini" sport fishing world champion)

for all kinds of fishing, with the right technique for each season, but especially

the long experience of a

worthy seaman like its

skipper Michalis Avgoustinakis make the voyage absolutely safe and the fishing experience carefree and enjoyable.

The Poseidon hosts a maximum of 12 passengers + Captain, when used only for tourism, if it is used for fishing instead can accommodate 8 people + Captain; the daily rental is relative to the whole boat from 10am till about 5pm.

To book the boat an advance notice of at least one week is required; more details and phone number for reservations may be requested by sending an e-mail at andrea18@otenet.gr.

For the only area of Xerocampos, the ticket reservations can be made directly on the spot with the owners of the properties in the webpage " Holiday apartments " or at the "Tavern Akrogiali" and at the "Bar Dolphin".

The payment of the rental must be done in cash when boarding, credit cards are not accepted.

The Coastal Guard of Ierapetra is in charge of the daily navigation permission depending on the weather and sea forecast,

for this reason the skipper of the Poseidon will contact by phone directly the renters, the evening before the agreed date, to give the final confirmation of the reservation.
