Die Wohnungen stehen ab 14 Uhr des Ankunfts-Tages zur Verfügung und müßen innert 12 Uhr des Abreise-Tages wieder geräumt sein.

Mindest-Anzahlung von 25 % für die gebuchte Urlaubszeit mittels Banküberweisung auf National Bank of Greece von Agios Nikolaus, Konto Iban gr 130 110 302 000 003 027 690 2233, SWIFT Code (Bic) ETHNGRAA,  Kontoinhaber Despina Stavrakakis; als Zahlungsgrund muß der Name des Mieters angegeben werden, das Datum der Mietperiode und der Typ der Wohnung.

Im Falle von Kündigungen, über die wir nicht innert 21 Tagen vom Ankunftsdatum und mittels e-mail an unsere Adresse benachrichtigt worden sind, geht die Anzahlung verloren.

Für die restlichen Klauseln, die hier nicht spezifisch erwähnt werden, gelten die Bestimmungen des E.O.T. (Hellenisches Fremdenverkehrsamt), maßgebendes Forum ist Neapolis.
