Die Wohnungen stehen ab 14 Uhr des Ankunfts-Tages zur Verfügung und müßen innert 12 Uhr des Abreise-Tages wieder geräumt sein. Mindest-Anzahlung von 25 % für die gebuchte Urlaubszeit mittels Banküberweisung auf National Bank of Greece von Sitia, Konto Iban gr 32011 04660 0000 466 9410 7676, SWIFT Code (Bic) ETHNGRAA, Kontoinhaber Kostantinos und Angelikì Anghinarastakakis; als Zahlungsgrund muß der Name des Mieters angegeben werden, das Datum der Mietperiode und der Typ der Wohnung. Im Falle von Kündigungen, über die wir nicht innert 21 Tagen vom Ankunftsdatum und mittels e-mail an unsere Adresse benachrichtigt worden sind, geht die Anzahlung verloren.
