Three villas, owned by Maria Giakoumakis, located at the base of the first hills that enclose Xerocampos, were build in the 90s and completely renovated in 2009.

They have a really beautiful landscape and are situated approximately 600 meters from the sea (Laguna of Alazolimni), 1500 meters from the mini market and 500 meters from the nearest restaurant the "Taverna Crete Sun".

Good quality of cleanliness for the 12 studios and the one apartment available, with modern finishing touches, view to the sea and equipped with air conditioning.

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included.

Bed linen and towel change every 3 days.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Sitia account, in the name of Maria Giakoumakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For  what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
