Mertiza Villa, owned by Dick Ridder, is a modern building with Mediterranean colors, centrally placed in the small and charming village of Myrtos, about 100 meters from the beach.
We are here on the south-east coast of the island in one of the few areas not windy, sheltered from the intense summer northern winds of Meltemi, since protected by Mount Dikti (2.128 mt.) one of the three highest peaks of Crete. |

In an hospitable environment, well-kept and recently completely renovated, you will find available 14 studios and 8 apartments, all large and spacious accommodations, equipped with television with satellite channels, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee kettle and refrigerator.
At guests' disposal there is also a well-stocked library of books in various languages (including maps |

of hiking trails in the region), a wide selection of DVDs and shady and floreal areas in the central garden where the bar of the Villa Mertiza serves also buffet breakfast.
The housing type is :
J1 - studio (from 25 m² to 28 m²), max 3 persons, with kitchenette, double bed or twin beds (possibility of extra bed), bathroom and balcony. |

J2 - apartment (from 38 m² to 45 m²), max 4 persons, bedroom with twin beds, living room with kitchenette and two sofa beds, bathroom and balcony.

Daily and weekly prices in Euro, taxes included. Air conditioning included. Internet and Wifi free of charge. Bed linen and towels change plus room cleaning every 4 days.
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Commercial Bank of Ierapetra in the name of Dick Ridder, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
