The Flamingo, owned by Costas Coxarakis, is a modern and comfortable structure in island style located in the small and quiet center of Agathias, in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the valley rich in olive trees, at about one kilometer from the coast and 500 meters from the lively town of Palekastro.

This is the "capital" of one of the most loved areas by fans of wind-surf for the constancy of

the Meltemi wind that in the summer affects the bay with the nearby beautiful beaches of Xiona and Kouremenos.

The Flamingo has seven spacious studios and two apartments; all are cleaned daily and are equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet and television (with only Greek channels but the satellite channels and a computer are available free to guests in the reception hall). 

The house types are the following:

N1 - Studio with large bed or two single beds and possibility of adding a third bed, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony

N2 - Two-room apartment, room with large bed or two single beds, living room with kitchenette and two single beds, bathroom and balcony

Nettoyage de la chambre, changement des draps et serviettes tous les 4 jours.

Les appartements peuvent être occupés à partir de 14h au jour de l'arrivée et doivent être libérés à 12h le jour du départ.

Pour la réservation, un dépôt d'un montant égal à 25% du montant de la location est demandé. Le virement bancaire est à adresser à la National Bank de Greece de Sitia, pour le compte Iban gr6601 1046 6000 0046 6743 11207, SWIFT Code (Bic) ETHNGRAA, de Costas Coxarakis, en indiquant votre nom, la période et le type de logement réservés.

Les demandes d'annulation doivent être faites au moins 21 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue. Dans le cas contraire le dépôt ne serait pas restitué.

Pour tout ce qui n'est pas spécifié ci-dessus, le contrat de location est rédigé en accord avec l'Office du Tourisme National Grec (Greek E.O.T.)

et les tribunaux grecs de Neapoli auront juridiction exclusive en cas de litige.
