On the main road of Xerocampos, at 500 mt. from the sea, at about 1100 mt. from the Minimarket and at 100 mt. from the nearest restaurant, the "Taverna Creta Sun".

In fine panoramic position on the sea, a  modern and well furnished villa completed in 2006 hosts, in a clean and cosy environment, the “Apartments Faros” owned by Maria Franghiadakis and Eleftheris Voutirakis.

Daily prices in Euro, Taxes included. Air conditioning included.

Bed linen and towel change every 5 days.

The Apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Sitia account Iban gr 0701 1046 6000 0046 6591 52527, SWIFT Code (Bic) ETHNGRAA,  in the name of Maria Franghiadakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For  what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
