The Elia Studios, property of Ioannis Tsimitakis, are composed by three modern villas, planned and realized to resemble a small Greek traditional village.

Positioned among the olive trees, at 800 mt. from the sea, at 100 mt. from the Taverna Vaios and at one kilometre from Palekastro, they are located at the edge of the small village of Agathiàs and offer not to only peace and a beautiful panoramic view

on the Bay of Palekastro but they are also a pleasant structure, clean and careful looked after, with large and well furnished studios all equipped with air conditioning and beautiful panoramic terrace (only one of the six studios proposed has mountain view).

All the studios are equipped with satellite TV and telephone exchange for the external calls.

In the bar of the reception is available a computer with Internet connection.

In the garden of the Elia Studios, at guest disposal, there is also a large common pergola with a firewood grill.

Tagespreise in Euro, Taxen und Klimaanlage inbegriffen.

Raumreinigung, Wäschewechsel und Badetücher alle 4 Tage.

Die Wohnungen stehen ab 14 Uhr des Ankunfts-Tages zur Verfügung und müßen innert 12 Uhr des Abreise-Tages wieder geräumt sein.

Mindest-Anzahlung von 25 % für die gebuchte Urlaubszeit mittels Banküberweisung auf National Bank of Greece von Sitia, Konto Iban gr 180 110 4660 0000 4668 851 5192, SWIFT Code (Bic) ETHNGRAA, Kontoinhaber Ioannis Tsimitakis; als Zahlungsgrund muß der Name des Mieters angegeben werden, das Datum der Mietperiode und der Typ der Wohnung.

Im Falle von Kündigungen, über die wir nicht innert 21 Tagen vom Ankunftsdatum und mittels e-mail an unsere Adresse benachrichtigt worden sind, geht die Anzahlung verloren.

Für die restlichen Klauseln, die hier nicht spezifisch erwähnt werden, gelten die Bestimmungen des E.O.T. (Hellenisches Fremdenverkehrsamt), maßgebendes Forum ist Neapolis.
