Richness of colors!

This is the first impression we had from the photos

taken by Marco during is holiday

here in summer 2006.

We have thought that they deserved a private space

in these pages

that the

Friends of Xerokampos

are

slowly filling up

with indeed beautiful and enchanting snaps.

of a plant of  wild origan typical of the

mediterranean bush which cover the hills of the area between june and july.

a small corner

of sea paradise

loved not only from the few tourists who discover it

but

also from the turtles that nearly every year

come here to nest.

named from the

white and pure clay,

it is the basis of the cape

where you find

the small church
of Agios Nikolaus

and the ruins

of the

hellenistic village.
