Villa Almira, opened in 2009 and owned by Manolis Maratsakis, is placed on a terraced land located on the first hills that overlook the bay of Amatu , about two hundred meters from the beautiful and long beach named Megaliparalia.
Its location is not only truly panoramic, but also quiet and secluded and is placed in an environment of wonderful and well kept Mediterranean bush. |

The two comfortable detached villas proposed are built in local stone and traditional Cretan style, very well finished both in the indoors and outdoors, and are suitable for relaxing holidays even for periods other than summer.

Prices in Euro per week, taxes included. Air conditioning, internet and Pay-TV included. Linen change every 4 days and weekly cleaning of the accommodation
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Greece of Heraklion in the name of the owner of Villa Almira, Manolis Marazakis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent. For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Heraklion shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
