Completed in 2009 and owned by the family Papathanasàkis, the Alkionides complex consists of three charming detached villas surrounded by an olive grove at the entrance of Xerocampos, off the main road to Zakros, at only 150 meters from the beach of Alatsolimni.

Here you will find, in a quiet location, well finished and equipped accomodations all with nice view to the sea and in the middle of a well kept garden.

All the villas are equipped with :

- internet wireless

- air conditioning in every room

- LCD tv set with free on the air channels and aerial for greek channels

- mosquito nets on doors and windows

- completely equipped kitchen with oven, french coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc....

- hairdryer

- iron and iron-board (on request)

The detail of the accomodation is the following :

A (Alfa) - two-rooms villa (about 70 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and two sofa beds, bathroom, washing machine, wide veranda with sunbeds and sunshade

B (Vita) - two-rooms villa (about 40 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and one sofa bed, bathroom,  wide veranda with sunbeds and sunshade

C (Gamma) - two-rooms villa (about 50 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and two sofa beds, bathroom and balcony.

Bed linen and towels change every 4 days.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by Bank transfer on Alfa Bank of Sitia in the name of Chrisànti Papathanasàkis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later  no refund  is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
