The detail of the accommodation is the following :
A (Alfa) - two-rooms villa (about 70 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and two sofa beds, bathroom, washing machine, wide veranda with sunbeds and sunshade
B (Vita) - two-rooms villa (about 40 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and one sofa bed, bathroom, wide veranda with sunbeds and sunshade |

C (Gamma) - two-rooms villa (about 50 m²), double bedroom, living room with kitchen area and two sofa beds, bathroom, washing machine and balcony. |

Daily prices in Euro, taxes, internet wireless and air conditioning are included. Bed linen and towels change every 4 days.
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
Deposit due 25% of the booked period by Bank transfer on Alfa Bank of Sitia in the name of Chrisànti Papathanasàkis, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
