We are here on the south-east of the island in one of the few areas not windy in Crete, sheltered from the intense summer northern winds of Meltemi, by the

presence of the imposing massif of Mount Dikti, 2.128 meters high.

The Aleikos Panorama offers 1 studio and 3 two rooms apartments, all furnished with great attention to details and equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

The facilities and services of the Villa Mertiza

(Internet access, library, breakfast service) are available also to the guests of the Aleikos Panorama.

The housing type is :

Sa - studio (23 m²), max. 2 people, room with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom and outdoor space
 

Sb - two-room apartment (26 m² to 40 m²), max. 5 people,  living room with kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed and bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom and outdoor space.

The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on Commercial Bank of Ierapetra in the name of Dick Ridder, specifying last name, period required and accommodation type.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
